We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment in a supportive, nurturing environment. We promise to speak candidly with you about possible treatments as well as any risks and associated costs of treatment, and how treatment can address your individual needs.

Our staff is highly skilled, uniquely trained and strives to provide unparalleled service to each patient. Our staff members have specialized training, multiple certifications and years of experience treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Tammy – Front Desk

Tammy is the scheduling and financial coordinator for Dr. Rounds.  Tammy has been in the dental field for over 15 years, joining Dr. Rounds' team 5 years ago.  She is married with 2 sons and enjoys reading and cuddling with her 3 rescue kitties.  

Jennifer – Hygienist

Jennifer is the lead hygienist in the office.  She has been a part of the dental field since 2010, first working as an assistant, then returning to school to become a hygienist.  She received the Colgate Star award in hygiene school, an award given to a student who shows the most compassion and understanding for her patients.  She enjoys working in Dr. Rounds' office where her focus is "to have our patients feel comfortable, receive quality care and provide a gentle, yet thorough cleaning for my patients."  She has lived in the Pacific Northwest since 1989 and plans on residing in the area for years to come.  In her free time, she enjoys gathering with her friends, hiking with her husband and her mixed lab chow canine, and travelling to different place with her family and friends.  

Bill – Hygienist

Bill graduated from the University of Washington in 1968 with a BA in Zoology, followed by five years serving his country proudly as a jet pilot in the United States Air Force.  Bill and his wife, Nancy, lived in various Air Force locations in Texas and Arizona, returning with their children to Washington after military service.  Bill then re-enrolled in the University of Washington to obtain a BS in Dental Hygiene and received his RDH license.  His first employment following graduation was in Bellevue, WA in a specialty office treating advanced gum disease.  After twenty years of practice, and children who were about to leave home, he decided to leave the congestion and stress of Seattle for a life in the country.  Bill and Nancy are horse lovers and part-time farmers in the Rochester area.  Bill has always cherished his opportunity to coach patients to a better state of health.  Bill says, "After thirty-nine years, I still have enthusiasm for my job and serving my patients!"  

Malia – Assistant

Malia has been a dental assistant for 9 years and joined Dr. Rounds's office 1 year ago.  She recently relocated to Washington from the East Coast with her husband who is in the military.
